    The food is always on point and including the drinks, the service is always pretty great for the most part. There is outside seating if you prefer to sit outside. The ambiance is pretty cool. And the best time to come is always early

    Tom's Oyster bar has been on my to-try list for years, and I finally made it there yesterday! We had a reservation at 6:30 (we made the reservation a few hours beforehand) and we were able to be seated right away. We ate on the patio, which is a small area between the sidewalk and the street, which is a bit loud, but great for people watching and enjoying the weather. The menu is only front and back, but they have a lot packed on there! We asked our waitress for some recommendations, and everything she mentioned sounded amazing. For my meal, I ended up starting with oysters. I chose the blue point, chesapeake, and the malpeque--all were very good! And for my main, I had the lobster roll which was fresh and flavorful. I had a great time here! Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable, the food was tasty, the prices were fair, and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. With such an expansive menu, we'll definitely have to come back to try something new!

    After hearing mixed reviews on this restaurant I decided to give it a try myself. The restaurant is small on the inside with some outdoor seating. Once seated our very kind waitress Kim quickly took down our drink orders and food. The drinks were not very good and tasted watered down. I tried the clam chowder and it was very good lots of flavor. Then came my lobster roll. It was not good at all. It tasted like imitation lobster with mayo. No flavor at all! Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing because my friends enjoyed their food. I will come back because I do want to try other things on the menu.

    Great experience from the moment we walked in. Excellent service! We had the spinach artichoke dip, fish and chips, and the dynamite shrimp tacos. Everything was delicious and plentiful.
